George Dyson

George joined the council in June 2022 as our Deputy Town Clerk.

Having spent his career working in the charitable and public sector, George’s background lends itself well to working in Local Government. In addition to numerous relevant qualifications that George came into the role with, he has completed his Certificate in Local Council Administration (CiLCA) qualification since joining the Council.

George is an experienced team leader and manager, and is committed to achieving the highest standards for the Council team.
