New Patient Participation Group

As you are aware, Rowe Avenue Surgery and Meridian Surgery have now merged. Both surgeries have a PPG (Patient Participation Group) but these will have to be formally dissolved and a new "HavensHealth PPG" set up in its place. To this end, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Friday 16 October at 6.00pm sharp. This will be held on either the Microsoft Teams platform or on the "Zoom" Platform. All patients or carers of patients who are aged over 18 are welcome to attend.
