We are truly saddened by the disturbing news today that the Mosque in Peacehaven has been the victim of an arson attack.
This hateful, criminal behaviour must not be tolerated. We unreservedly condemn this attack, and stand alongside our Muslim community and all those affected.
We also urge anyone with any information about the arson to please report it to Sussex Police online or on 101, quoting operation Spey.
