Responsible for: Working on the front desk I have a vast, varied job role. My main responsibilities are customer service, signposting residents, dealing with housing benefit forms to send to the local housing authority, booking rooms for Community House, The Hub, MUGA courts for football and netball, invoicing, processing payments, working with allotment holders, and working together and helping all other members of the team, particularly including organising and supporting with events .
Qualifications: First Aid at Work, Autism in the workplace, Civility and respect training, Level 3 Award in principles of Safeguarding and protecting Children, Young People, or Vulnerable Adults, Level 2 Award in Customer Service, Makaton, Level 2 Award in Manual Handling, Level 2 Food Hygiene, MHFA Mental Health First Aider, Menopause awareness training, Personal Licence Holder, GDPR Trained, Fire Marshal & Level 2 Award in Fire Safety, Home Office Prevent Awareness.
